使用USB驅動器在工業電話上自動錄音教程

開啟電話機的錄音功能後,可外接大容量USB隨身碟(最高支援128 GB),完成自動錄音設定。

適用機型

適用設備:Android 電話機與內建USB連接埠機種,例如 X4U 系列
適用韌體:所有相容機種的全版本韌體

所需設備與工具

① 兩台 X7A 電話機,連接至網路交換器並自動取得 IP 位址。
② 一台設定用電腦,同樣連接至交換器,確保與電話機網路互通。

設定方案

將USB隨身碟插入電話機

將USB隨身碟插入Android電話機。Android機種最高支援128 GB USB儲存裝置,XU系列機種則最高支援32 GB。

於電話機網頁介面開啟錄音功能

進入電話機網頁管理介面,依序點選 應用程式 - 錄音管理,開啟錄音功能,並將錄音模式選擇為 Local。若需於電腦播放錄音檔,請將音訊編碼器設定為 PCMUPCMA。設定頁面如下所示:

新增動作計畫

前往 線路 - 動作計畫,新增一筆規則。號碼設定為 x,多點傳播編碼器選擇 PCMUPCMA,類別設定為 Early,執行動作選擇 Record。設定頁面如下:

設定完成之手機畫面顯示

設定完成後,每當通話建立,電話機將自動啟動錄音。錄音圖示會以紅色顯示,如下圖所示:

存取錄音檔案

Android 電話機:
1) 已插入USB隨身碟:進入 選單 - 檔案管理員 - USB,錄音檔存放於USB隨身碟根目錄。
2) 未插入USB隨身碟:進入 選單 - 檔案管理員 - 內建記憶體 - 錄音資料夾,操作如下:

X4U 系列電話機:進入 選單 - 應用程式 - USB - 音訊瀏覽,如下圖:

備註:
F600S 支援USB隨身碟與SD記憶卡雙重錄音儲存,儲存規則如下:
(1) 未插入外部SD卡或USB隨身碟時,錄音檔預設儲存至電話機內建儲存空間。
(2) 僅插入外部SD記憶卡,錄音檔自動儲存至SD卡根目錄。
(3) 僅插入USB隨身碟,錄音檔儲存於USB隨身碟根目錄。
(4) 同時安裝SD卡與USB隨身碟,預設以USB裝置優先,錄音將儲存至優先順序較高的外部儲存裝置。
(5) 雙儲存裝置同時插入,若移除其中一個,剩餘裝置自動接手儲存。例如移除USB隨身碟,後續錄音將自動儲存至SD記憶卡。
