概述

本指南旨在協助解決電話上的註冊相關問題,並幫助使用者有效識別和解決問題。

適用型號

本指南適用於我們所有的電話型號。

先決條件

① 兩台 BX4U 電話連接到交換器,並且能夠自動取得 IP 位址。
② 一台設定用 PC 連接到同一台交換器,且 PC 與電話之間的網路通訊已確認。

方法 1:從 LCD 螢幕設定電話

檢查電話 IP 位址

在電話 LCD 螢幕上,前往 選單狀態 以查看電話的目前 IP 位址。

更改電話 IP 位址

在 LCD 螢幕上,前往 選單 -- 設定 -- 進階設定(預設密碼:123) -- 網路 -- 網路設定 -- 網路類型 -- 靜態設定,然後輸入所需的 IP 位址資訊,並點擊 儲存,如下圖 1 至 7 所示。

註冊 SIP 帳戶

在 LCD 螢幕上,前往 選單 -- 設定 -- 進階設定(預設密碼:123) -- 帳戶 -- SIP1 -- SIP 基本設定,然後輸入伺服器位址、伺服器連接埠、SIP 使用者名稱、驗證使用者名稱、驗證密碼和顯示名稱,如下圖 1 至 9 所示。

啟用 SIP 註冊

注意:註冊期間,請確保輸入伺服器位址、註冊帳戶、使用者名稱和密碼。同時,在儲存設定前請確保帳戶已啟用。

檢查註冊狀態

前往 選單 -- 設定 -- 進階設定(預設密碼:123) -- 帳戶,然後檢查線路狀態是否顯示為已註冊。

方法 2:從網頁介面設定電話

檢查電話 IP 位址

在電話 LCD 螢幕上,前往 選單狀態 以查看電話的目前 IP 位址。

登入電話網頁介面

在 PC 上開啟瀏覽器,並在 網址列中輸入電話 IP 位址。

如有需要,請更改電話 IP 位址。

前往 網路基本,在 設定部分選擇 靜態 IP,輸入所需的 IP 位址資訊,然後點擊 提交

輸入 SIP 註冊資訊

前往 線路 -- SIP -- 基本設定,然後輸入 SIP 帳戶資訊、密碼、連接埠、伺服器位址和其他所需詳細資訊。啟用帳戶並點擊提交。

檢查註冊狀態

線路頁面上檢查線路狀態。如果狀態顯示為已註冊,則表示電話已成功註冊,並可撥打和接聽電話。
