設置在桌面上顯示SIP線路分機號或自定義顯示內容的步驟

簡介

概述

話機可於首頁畫面顯示預設SIP分機號碼。使用者亦可自訂顯示內容,以自訂文字取代本機分機號碼。

適用機型

本公司全系列話機皆支援此功能(本文以X5U作為範例說明)。

事前準備

① 一台話機,連接交換器並正常取得IP位址。
② 一台設定用電腦,與話機連接至同一台交換器,確保電腦與話機網路互通。

顯示預設SIP分機號碼

登入話機網頁介面

於話機LCD螢幕點選“選單” — “狀態”,查看話機IP位址。
開啟電腦瀏覽器,於網址列輸入話機IP位址,登入話機網頁管理介面。

設定預設通話線路

登入話機網頁介面後,前往“話機設定” - “功能設定” - “基本設定”,找到“啟用預設線路”選項並勾選,如下圖1所示。

自訂顯示內容

登入話機網頁介面後,前往“話機設定” - “進階設定”,找到“歡迎訊息”,輸入欲顯示的自訂文字後點選送出。參見下方圖3。

關閉預設線路

登入話機網頁介面後,前往“話機設定” - “功能設定” - “基本設定”,取消勾選“啟用預設線路”選項,如下圖4所示。
