PhonebookServer用戶指南

介紹

概述

PhonebookServer 是我們公司設計和開發的 Windows 桌面應用程式,用於管理和分發電話簿至我們的 VoIP 設備。它可以使用簡單的配置輕鬆使用。它也可以作為 FDMS 管理平台中的一個模組運作。

安裝 PhonebookServer

將 PhonebookServer 壓縮包解壓縮到您的本地電腦,開啟 PhonebookServer 資料夾,然後直接執行 PhonebookServer.exe 以啟動應用程式,如圖 1 所示:

使用 PhonebookServer

使用前,開啟 PhonebookServer 軟體,配置 HTTP 伺服器設定,然後啟動伺服器。

首頁

基本資訊:聯絡人總數和目錄總數
HTTP 伺服器資訊:伺服器 IP 位址和連接埠、認證使用者名稱和密碼
啟動按鈕:用於啟動或停止伺服器
配置 HTTP 伺服器資訊
1. 設定伺服器 IP 位址
伺服器 IP 欄位顯示 PC 的網路適配器列表,您可以從下拉列表中選擇所需的 IP 位址。
注意:請勿使用 127.0.0.1 作為伺服器啟動 IP 位址。
2. 設定伺服器連接埠
您可以使用預設連接埠 8080 或設定其他尚未使用的可用連接埠。
3. 設定認證使用者名稱和密碼
啟動伺服器
點擊首頁上的啟動按鈕。伺服器啟動後,將顯示電話簿伺服器位址,並可一鍵複製。

電話簿

本節主要用於目錄和聯絡人管理。
目錄操作
新增目錄:

1. 點擊新增按鈕
2. 在目錄面板的空白區域右鍵點擊並選擇新增
新增子目錄(支援多層級):
1. 選擇要新增子目錄的目錄,然後點擊新增按鈕
2. 選擇要新增子目錄的目錄,在其上右鍵點擊並選擇新增
刪除目錄:
1. 選擇要刪除的目錄或子目錄,然後點擊刪除按鈕
2. 選擇要刪除的目錄或子目錄,在其上右鍵點擊並選擇刪除
編輯目錄名稱
1. 選擇要編輯的目錄或子目錄,然後點擊編輯按鈕
2. 選擇要編輯的目錄或子目錄,在其上右鍵點擊並選擇編輯
匯出目錄:
選擇要匯出的目錄,點擊匯出按鈕或右鍵點擊並選擇匯出,設定電話簿伺服器位址(或選擇先前配置的電話簿伺服器位址),然後選擇匯出路徑並儲存檔案。

 聯絡人
新增聯絡人:
選擇要新增聯絡人的目錄,編輯聯絡人資訊(姓名和電話號碼為必填),編輯完成後,點擊新聯絡人編輯欄位中的空白區域以儲存。
新增聯絡人
刪除聯絡人:
選擇要刪除的聯絡人,然後點擊刪除按鈕
刪除所有聯絡人:
刪除所有聯絡人
匯入聯絡人:
選擇目錄->匯入->選擇要匯入的檔案。匯入成功完成後,匯入的聯絡人將顯示在目前目錄下。
匯出聯絡人:
選擇目錄->匯出->選擇匯出的目標路徑
移動聯絡人:
選擇要移動的聯絡人->選擇目錄->移動
移動聯絡人
搜尋聯絡人:
支援按聯絡人姓名、電話號碼和其他欄位進行匹配
日誌
日誌部分主要記錄與目錄、聯絡人以及伺服器啟動/停止操作相關的操作。

從電話存取電話簿

開啟電話網頁介面,然後前往 “電話簿”-“雲端電話簿”-“雲端電話簿管理”。將 URL 設定為電話簿伺服器位址,並將使用者名稱和密碼設定為 PhonebookServer 上配置的認證憑證。儲存設定後,電話將成功存取電話簿伺服器。
