簡介

概覽

本文件主要介紹對講產品的遠端DTMF觸發功能。
全系列對講裝置皆支援透過DTMF訊號遠端觸發輸出埠。此功能簡約實用,可遠端驅動對講機輸出埠,實現遠端開門、遠端柵欄開啟等應用,協助客戶建置更多無人值守解決方案,例如無人停車場、無人網咖、無人健身房及類似場域的通訊系統。

適用機型

本公司全系列對講產品,包含BPA2、BPA2S、Bi10、Bi10S、Bi10V、Bi10SV、Bi10D、Bi10SD、Bi16V、Bi12、Bi16S、Bi16SV、Bi18S。

遠端DTMF觸發運作原理

遠端DTMF觸發主要分為兩種運作模式:

  • 第一種:訪客或車主需要開啟柵欄、解鎖門禁時,按下對講機的求助按鍵。服務台人員接聽來電並確認人員與現場狀況後,只需在話機輸入觸發碼,對講裝置即會啟動輸出埠,完成開門或開柵作業。

  • 第二種:服務台主動撥打對講機,對講裝置自動接聽後,人員輸入觸發碼,即可啟動輸出埠以開啟門禁或柵欄。兩種模式的作業流程如下:

事前準備

① 操作前,請確認對講機與柵欄、電子鎖接線正確;
② 準備一台設定電腦,將電腦、話機、對講裝置連接至同一區域網路,確保設備間網路互通。

操作指南

啟用遠端DTMF觸發功能前,須分別於對講裝置與話機完成設定。本章以i16V與A32i為範例,說明遠端DTMF觸發功能的組態方式。

對講機設定

設備出廠預設每個輸出埠皆有專屬DTMF觸發碼。使用前須確認遠端DTMF觸發功能已開啟,亦可依需求自訂觸發碼。設定步驟如下:
1) 登入對講機網頁管理介面;
2) 進入安全設定頁面;
3) 於警報觸發設定 → 輸出1/2,開啟遠端DTMF觸發功能;
4) 依需求修改對應DTMF觸發碼;
5) 點擊送出儲存設定
對講機設定

話機設定

話機與i16V通話期間,可透過按鍵輸入觸發碼開啟柵欄或門禁。亦可設定DSS快捷按鍵,通話接通後一鍵觸發i16V輸出埠。設定步驟如下:
1) 登入IP話機網頁管理介面;
2) 進入功能按鍵按鍵設定
3) 選擇功能按鍵,類別設為DTMF,於欄位填入i16V觸發碼;
4) 點擊送出儲存變更

注意:話機設定之觸發碼必須與對講機完全一致。

遠端觸發異常排除

實際使用時,遠端DTMF觸發可能發生故障,原因包含接線錯誤、設定異常、傳輸錯誤、網路問題等。故障排除步驟如下:
1) 檢查接線
確認i16V與電子鎖/柵欄/警示燈接線,驗證外接設備正確連接至輸出埠;
2) 確認輸出埠狀態
透過輸入觸發、主動URI觸發、通話狀態觸發等方式測試輸出埠功能。若皆無作用,返回步驟1重新檢查接線;若其他觸發正常、僅DTMF異常,繼續後續檢查;
3) 檢查參數設定
確認對講機已開啟遠端DTMF觸發、觸發碼設定正確;確認話機輸入碼值無誤,快捷按鍵參數需與設備一致;
4) 確認DTMF傳輸格式
裝置支援SIP Info與RFC2833兩種DTMF模式,須確認話機端格式匹配:
① 透過SIP伺服器通話:進入線路SIP頁面,將DTMF類型設為RFC2833
DTMF類型設為RFC2833
② IP點對點通話:進入線路基礎設定,將DTMF類型設為RFC2833

5) 封包擷取分析
若前述檢查無效,請擷取對講機、話機、伺服器封包記錄,提供給技術支援分析。擷取步驟:
① 於對講機與話機,進入系統 → 工具,開啟網頁封包擷取;
② 重現遠端DTMF觸發操作,還原故障問題;
③ 停止擷取並儲存檔案,提交技術人員檢測;
備註:使用SIP伺服器通話時,須同步擷取伺服器封包;各廠牌伺服器操作方式不同,請洽詢供應商。
