工業電話呼叫組播功能介紹

總覽

本文件說明裝置的呼叫轉群播功能。 呼叫轉群播係指裝置接聽來電後,將遠端音訊發送至群播網路,讓網路上其他裝置接收並播放串流。同時,受話裝置會透過自身喇叭播放音訊。

適用機型

本公司目前全系列販售機種;不含停產機種。

呼叫轉群播運作原理

一般通話為兩台裝置之間的全雙工雙向音訊傳輸。 呼叫轉群播功能則將此模式延伸至廣播應用場景。 此功能中,撥打端通常為IP電話,接收端為BK-DAB-PA3等廣播裝置。接收端接獲來電與音訊後,會於本機播放聲音,並轉發至已設定的群播位址,讓一至多台群播接收裝置同步播放音訊。

應用場景

場景1:廣播尋呼
IP電話撥打BK-DAB-PA3廣播裝置,對群組進行全域尋呼。

IP電話擴大外接音訊音量播放。
注意:請調整音量與收發裝置距離,避免產生嘯叫。

前置條件

  1. 準備2台以上廣播裝置,連接至PoE交換器並配置有效網路IP位址。

  2. 準備同區域網路內的設定電腦,可正常連線管理所有裝置。

操作指南

使用呼叫轉群播功能前,須先完成裝置設定。 本文以F600S(撥打端)、PA3(群播發送端)、PA2 / PA2S(群播接收端)為範例說明。 設定項目包含: 1. PA3 群播發送端設定 2. PA2 / PA2S 群播接收端設定 3. F600S 與 PA3 通話對應設定(請參考其他常見問題文件)

PA3 群播發送端設定

發送端透過動作計畫功能,比對來電號碼與通話方向,自動執行群播動作。

欄位說明:
- 號碼:比對來電顯示號碼。使用「.」做為萬用字元,例如「71.」可匹配71開頭號碼;亦支援IP前綴格式,如「172.18.8.」。
注意:「.」為萬用字元符號。
- 類型:選擇已接聽(通話接通後啟動群播)。
- 方向:雙向、撥入、撥出。
- 網址:群播位址,格式為mcast://ip:連接埠
 IP位址範圍:224.0.0.0 – 239.255.255.255
 連接埠:1–65535(建議使用1000以上埠號)
- 動作:選擇轉換為群播

群播接收端設定

登入PA2 / PA2S 網頁管理介面。 進入設定 → 群播頁面。 輸入與發送端完全一致的群播IP及連接埠。

欄位說明:
- 索引/優先權:數字越小優先權越高(1為最高),高優先權可中斷低優先權群播。
- 名稱:自訂群播名稱。
- 主機:連接埠:須與發送端設定完全相符。
- 頻道:維持預設0(僅適用Polycom裝置相容模式)。

故障排除:呼叫轉群播無法運作

完成設定後若功能異常,請依下列步驟檢查:

  1. 確認發送端與接收端位於同一區域網路,交換器、路由器、VLAN不得封鎖群播傳輸。

  2. 確認發送端號碼規則可正常比對來電號碼,比對失敗將無法啟動群播。
