概述

本文件描述室內監視器與 SIP 影像電話的影像預覽功能。 影像預覽功能允許被叫設備在接聽通話前顯示來電者的影像。廣泛應用於門口機通話,讓用戶在接聽或開門前確認訪客身份。

本公司所有室內監視器及影像電話。

影像預覽運作方式

支援兩種預覽模式:

  • Preview 18x 模式:透過響鈴期間的 18x SIP 信令中攜帶的 SDP 數據建立影像連線,允許在接聽通話前進行影像預覽。

  • Preview 2xx 模式:第一個 200 OK 訊息僅建立影像(無語音通話)。當用戶接聽時發送第二個 200 OK 以建立全雙工通話。

操作指南

支援兩種通話模式:點對點(P2P)SIP 伺服器通話。 設定方式依通話模式而異。我們以 i16V 和 A32i 為例。

點對點通話影像預覽設定

  1. 登入設備網頁介面。

  2. 前往 線路 → 基本設定

  3. 勾選 啟用預覽並選擇模式(預設:Preview 18x)。

  4. 點擊 套用以儲存設定。

常見問題與解決方案

  1. 部分 SIP 伺服器上的響鈴群組故障
       若影像預覽導致響鈴群組中無影像或自動掛斷,請停用預覽功能。

  2. Beke 伺服器與 18x 模式不相容
       若 Beke 伺服器版本低於 18.5.28,請切換到 Preview 2xx 模式或升級伺服器。

  3. 伺服器上禁用了早期媒體
       請聯絡您的伺服器供應商以啟用 Early Media
