SIP電話的Broadsoft SCA(共享呼叫外觀)服務器和終端配置指南

簡介

概述

共用通話顯示可在一群帳號之間即時共享通話狀態,方便群組成員接聽與撥打電話。當有來電時,共用線路群組內所有已註冊話機都會收到通話請求並同時響鈴。只要任一話機接聽來電,其他所有裝置將停止響鈴,且該通話不會在這些裝置上標記為未接來電。

專用線路為共用線路的對應模式,僅通話雙方能檢視該線路的通話狀態。

適用機型

本文件適用以下機型:BX3S、BX4、BX5S、BX6、BX7、BX7C、GP210、GP210i、BX3U、BX4U、BX5U、BX6U。

適用對象

本文件適用於在SIP話機上使用Broadsoft SCA功能的使用者。

術語彙整

  1. 專用線路:僅通話雙方可檢視通話狀態的線路。

  2. 共用線路:可在指定範圍內共享通話狀態的線路。

  3. 通話顯示實體:SIP線路上的單一通話會話定義為一個通話顯示實體。

  4. 共用通話顯示(SCA):共用線路上的通話狀態。

  5. 公開保留:處於公開保留狀態時,群組內其他任何話機均可按下對應的共用線路按鍵取回通話並恢復對話。可將保留中的通話從一台話機轉移至另一台,維持通話持續進行。

  6. 私密保留:處於私密保留狀態時,其他話機無法取回通話。在其他裝置按下對應線路按鍵將被判定為插話操作。

  7. 通話中/橋接通話中/橋接保留中:於這些狀態下,群組內其他話機可按下對應共用線路按鍵加入進行中通話,建立三方會議,此行為稱為插話。

共用通話顯示(SCA)使用說明

伺服器端設定

使用此功能必須建立共用群組。Broadsoft 提供簡易的建立流程:登入 BroadWorks 管理入口網站,依序前往 群組 > 使用者 > 通話控制 > 共用通話顯示,點擊 新增 建立一個或多個共用群組(也可使用先前已建立的既有帳號)。請參考以下截圖:

建立群組後,可將新建立的帳號註冊至多個終端裝置。使用主要帳號的使用者名稱與密碼進行註冊,並將新建立的 SCA 帳號名稱填入 SIP 使用者欄位。實務上,所有群組成員共用主要帳號的設定與屬性。

話機終端設定

將話機註冊至 BroadSoft 伺服器,並將建立的號碼註冊在多個終端上。

話機註冊至 BroadSoft 伺服器後,請設定伺服器類型:登入話機的 網頁 介面,前往 線路 > SIP > 進階設定,將伺服器類型設定為 BroadSoft。請參考以下截圖:

在話機上啟用 SCA 功能:登入話機的網頁介面,依序前往 線路 > SIP > 進階設定,開啟 SCA 功能(若關閉 SCA,該註冊線路將以專用線路模式運作)。請參考以下截圖:

帳號設定並完成註冊後,可在功能按鍵頁面設定 Dsskey 對應至已啟用 SCA 的線路,即時監控通話狀態。每個線路按鍵代表一個通話顯示實體。通話狀態指示請參考線路按鍵 LED 說明。

為方便進行私密保留操作,可在功能按鍵頁面將 Dsskey 設定為私密保留按鍵。公開保留功能可在通話中透過軟體保留按鍵使用。

備註:所有註冊至 BroadSoft 伺服器的話機,都必須完成上述設定步驟,才能正常使用 SCA 功能。

為方便監控群組通話狀態,請將 DSSKEY 對應至已啟用 SCA 的線路。線路 LED 會依不同通話狀態顯示如下:

共用通話顯示(SCA)使用場景

為協助使用者更瞭解此功能,以下提供實際應用場景。

以下場景以主管與行政助理為例,兩人依照上述步驟完成設定並註冊同一組 SCA 帳號。

場景 1:當 SCA 帳號收到來電時,主管與助理的話機會同時響鈴。若主管忙碌,可拒絕來電關閉自身話機響鈴;助理的話機仍持續響鈴,直到助理拒絕、接聽或通話逾時為止。

場景 2:助理接聽來電後,若需由主管接手通話,可按下公開保留按鍵將通話保留。主管再按下對應的 SCA 線路按鍵,即可取回並恢復通話。

場景 3:主管與客戶進行重要通話且需暫時離開時,可按下私密保留按鍵,避免其他使用者取回通話。

場景 4:主管與客戶通話中,若需助理加入會議協助記錄,助理可按下對應 SCA 線路按鍵插話加入通話。
