本文件針對電話機無法取得IP位址的兩種常見情境,提供故障排除指引與解決方案。

情境一:電話機與電腦透過同一網路線連接至交換器或路由器的同一連接埠。電腦可正常取得IP,電話機無法取得。

情境二:電話機與電腦透過同一網路線連接至同一設備連接埠,兩台裝置皆無法取得IP位址。

故障排除

情境 1

症狀
電話機與電腦共用網路連接埠,電腦可正常獲取IP位址,電話機無法獲取。

可能原因
1. 電話機已開啟VLAN,但實體網路未使用VLAN,或VLAN設定錯誤、未開啟。
2. 區域網路內發生IP位址衝突。
3. 路由器綁定電腦MAC位址,未納入電話機MAC。
4. 交換器啟用802.1X驗證,電腦已完成驗證,電話機未配置對應驗證。

解決方案
1. 關閉電話機VLAN功能或修正VLAN設定,建議一併關閉LLDP偵測功能。詳見3.1章節。
2. 手動設定電話機靜態IP。詳見3.2章節。
3. 移除路由器MAC綁定,或將電話機MAC加入允許清單。
4. 關閉交換器802.1X驗證,或於電話機完成驗證設定。
5. 還原電話機出廠設定,排除設定異常。詳見3.3章節。

情境 2

症狀
連接同一交換器的電話機與電腦,皆無法取得IP位址。

可能原因
1. 區域網路產生網路風暴。
2. 路由器DHCP功能關閉或設備故障。
3. DHCP位址池已耗盡。
4. 網路線材故障損毀。

解決方案
1. 請網路管理人員檢測網路狀態;電話機畫面閃電圖示代表網路流量異常或網路風暴。
2. 設定靜態IP測試連線。詳見3.2章節。
3. 修改子網遮罩擴展DHCP位址範圍。
4. 更換網路線或更換連接位置測試。
