如何將行業設備註冊到PortSIP服務器?

概述

當設備需要使用已註冊的 SIP 帳號進行通信時,必須有一個可用的 SIP 伺服器,並且該帳號已在設備上註冊。本指南說明如何將行業設備註冊到 PortSIP 伺服器。

適用型號

我們所有的室內機、門禁設備和門口機產品。本指南以 Bi52W 和 Bi63 為例。

註冊到 PortSIP 伺服器

在伺服器上添加分機

將設備註冊到 PortSIP 伺服器之前,必須先設定好伺服器環境。本例中使用安裝在 PC 上的 PortSIP 伺服器進行演示。

添加分機。

登錄伺服器網頁界面,然後進入 呼叫管理 —— 分機用戶。點擊 添加 按鈕,然後輸入分機號碼和密碼以創建新的分機帳號,如下圖所示。

檢查伺服器域和傳輸協定設定。

進入 呼叫管理 —— 域和傳輸協定 查看伺服器使用的 SIP 域、傳輸協定及對應的連接埠號,如下圖所示。

獲取設備 IP 位址,登錄並將設備註冊到伺服器

查看並獲取設備 IP 位址。

對於門禁和門口機設備: 按住 DSS 鍵 10 秒直到聽到提示音,然後快速按一次,設備將播報其 IP 位址。

對於室內機設備:

非觸控螢幕型號:i51W, i52W 按住 OK 鍵,然後進入 系統資訊 —— 網路 —— IPv4

觸控螢幕型號:i53W, i56A 進入 選單 —— 狀態 —— 網路 —— IPv4

開啟瀏覽器並輸入設備 IP 位址。

預設使用者名稱和密碼均為 admin

設備登錄頁面

進入 線路SIP註冊設定。輸入帳號資訊、密碼、連接埠、伺服器位址及其他所需資訊,然後點擊 提交

(1) 使用者名稱認證使用者密碼:這些是在伺服器上建立的分機號碼和密碼。

(2) 伺服器位址:輸入 PortSIP 伺服器的 SIP 域。

(3) 伺服器連接埠和傳輸協定:使用 PortSIP 域和傳輸設定中定義的傳輸協定及匹配的連接埠。本例中使用 UDP 及其對應連接埠。

(4) 代理伺服器和連接埠:本例中在本地網路內註冊。由於伺服器安裝在 PC 上,代理伺服器應為該 PC 的靜態 IP 位址,連接埠應與所選傳輸協定使用的連接埠匹配。

(5) 輸入所有設定後,確保設備和伺服器能夠透過網路通信。註冊成功後,設備上的線路狀態將變為 已註冊,表示 SIP 帳號已成功註冊到 PortSIP 伺服器。
