如何恢復出廠設置BHP-SOS10系列SIP對講設備?

概述

在一些特殊情況下,需要將設備恢復到原廠預設值。不同產品有不同的重置方法。本文說明如何將BHP-SOS10系列設備恢復原廠設定。

適用型號

BHP-SOS10、BHP-SOS10V、BHP-SOS10D。

準備工具

① BHP-SOS系列設備一台(以i10V為例)、PoE交換機一台(或DC電源供應器)。將設備連接到交換機。
② 一台調試電腦,連接到同一台交換機,確保電腦與設備之間的網路連通性。

將BHP-SOS10V連接到交換機,並將電腦連接到同一台交換機以確保網路通訊。連接圖如圖1所示。

原廠重置方法

BHP-SOS10系列可透過網頁介面或POST模式進行重置。兩種方法的詳細步驟如下。

網頁UI原廠重置

可透過網頁介面將設備恢復為原廠預設值。詳細步驟如下:
(1) 設備連接:根據圖1,將BHP-SOS10V透過WAN埠連接到PoE交換機。等待設備啟動並進入待機模式。
(2) 取得IP位址
① 對於DHCP網路環境:按住圖2所示的按鍵約3秒鐘(對於i10D和i10SD,請使用第一個按鍵)。聽到提示音後,快速按一下,設備將廣播IP位址。

② 對於非DHCP網路環境:按住圖2所示的按鍵約3秒鐘。聽到提示音後,快速按3下,設備將廣播IP位址。
(3) 登入網頁UI並重置
在瀏覽器中輸入取得的IP位址,使用預設的使用者名稱和密碼(皆為admin)登入。前往系統 --- 系統設定 --- 恢復原廠預設值,然後選擇重置以完成操作,如圖3所示。

POST模式原廠重置

除了網頁UI,設備也可以在POST模式下重置。步驟如下:
(1) 設備連接:根據圖1將設備和電腦連接到同一台交換機。
(2) 將設備切換到POST模式
① 關閉設備電源並重新啟動。在開機過程中,當DSS按鍵指示燈快速閃爍時,按一次DSS按鍵(對於i10D和i10SD,請使用第一個按鍵)。設備將進入POST模式,指示燈會從快速閃爍變為慢速閃爍。
② 如果不確定時機,可以在啟動時長按DSS按鍵,直到指示燈慢速閃爍,即可進入POST模式。
(3) 執行原廠重置
當設備處於POST模式時,快速按下DSS按鍵3次(對於i10D和i10SD,請使用第一個按鍵)。設備將恢復原廠設定並自動重新啟動。
