如何控制工業SIP對講機上的放大器音頻輸出?

概述

工業設備連接外接功放後,可依據實際使用情境控制音訊是否輸出至功放。 一般通話時,功放應關閉,僅使用內建揚聲器;廣播或緊急播報時,必須啟動功放。 本文檔針對不同設備型號介紹兩種控制方式。

適用型號

BHP‑SOS10、BHP‑SOS10V、BHP‑SOS10D、BHP‑SOS11V、BHP‑SOS11V2、BHP‑SOS16、BHP‑SOS16V、BK‑ROIP‑PA2、BK‑ROIP‑PA2S、BK‑ROIP‑PA3、BHP‑SOS12。

前置準備工具

① 一台適用設備(以BHP‑SOS16V為例)、PoE交換器(或直流電源)、一台功放、一個揚聲器。將功放與設備連接,揚聲器與功放連接,設備與交換器連接。
② 一台除錯電腦,連接至同一交換器,確保網路互通。

功放音訊輸出控制

功放輸出可透過啟用音訊輸出介面控制,或透過繼電器切換功放電源控制。下文將詳細說明兩種方式。

透過音訊輸出介面控制

適用型號:BHP‑SOS10系列、BHP‑SOS11系列、BHP‑SOS16系列、BK‑ROIP‑PA2、PA2S、PA3。 注意:BK‑ROIP‑PA2/PA2S使用耳機介面;PA3使用線路輸出介面。i10/i11系列需客製2針MX1.25接線。 網頁管理介面設定: (1) 登入網頁管理介面(預設使用者名稱/密碼:admin)。
(2) 進入對講設定媒體設定媒體設定

  • 啟用外接揚聲器設定為免持&&線路輸出

  • 線路輸出觸發狀態設定為對講被叫

參數說明:

  • 免持&&線路輸出:同時啟用免持與線路輸出音訊。

  • 線路輸出觸發狀態

    • 響鈴:來電響鈴時觸發

    • 主叫(通話中):撥打電話時觸發

    • SIP被叫(通話中):接收SIP來電時觸發

    • 群播被叫:接收群播訊號時觸發

    • 對講被叫:接收對講呼叫時觸發

(2) 功放接線(乾接點範例) ① BHP‑SOS16V外接供電模式:短接JP1接腳2‑3,接腳1、4懸空,如圖3所示。

② 電源接線: - 電源正極 → 功放正極 - 電源負極 → 設備公共端(COM) - 功放負極 → 設備常閉端(NC)功放接線示意圖

③ 音訊接線: - 功放左聲道 → 設備音訊輸出正極 - 功放接地端 → 設備接地端音訊輸入接線示意圖

(3) 輸出埠設定 ① 進入安全設定輸出埠設定
② 勾選輸出埠1(或2)。
③ 勾選通話狀態觸發,並啟用對講被叫

當設備接收到對講被叫事件時,公共端(COM)與常閉端(NC)閉合,功放啟動。
