如何將電鎖連接到Bi20S和Bi30室內門禁單元?

本手冊說明如何將電子鎖接線至 Bi20S 與 Bi30 室內門禁主機。正確接線方式須依照電子鎖的啟動電流與供電規格決定。

若電子鎖啟動電流低於 12V/500mA,門禁主機可直接供電,此為內部電源模式。若電子鎖啟動電流高於 12V/500mA,門禁主機僅作為繼電器觸發使用,電子鎖須獨立外接電源,此為外部電源模式

兩種模式透過調整JP1 跳線切換。請依照下列步驟選擇對應模式,並完成安全接線。

適用機型

Bi20S、Bi30

必備器材

1. 一台 Bi20S 室內門禁主機、一把電子鎖、電子鎖專用電源變壓器、一台 PoE 交換器(或直流電源供應器)。

2. 確認電子鎖所需供電模式,並完成室內機JP1跳線設定。

3. 一台用於設定與測試的電腦,需與門禁設備連接至同一區域網路。

設備與電腦網路連線

將門禁主機連接至交換器,電腦同時接入同一台交換器,使裝置互相連線通訊,如圖 1 所示。

設定步驟

電子鎖接線前,先拆開門禁主機外殼,依照電子鎖規格調整JP1 跳線,再進行對應接線作業。

拆開門禁主機

使用螺絲起子卸下機殼螺絲,打開外蓋。

JP1 跳線設定

依照電子鎖規格調整JP1 跳線位置。

電子鎖啟動電流低於 12V/500mA 時,室內機可直接供電,即為內部電源模式

電子鎖啟動電流高於 12V/500mA 時,室內機僅作為乾接點輸出,電子鎖必須外接獨立電源,即為外部電源模式

注意:請確認電子鎖為斷電上鎖(Fail-safe)通電上鎖(Fail-secure),兩種鎖具正極接線方式不同。斷電上鎖鎖具,正極接NC 常閉;通電上鎖鎖具,正極接NO 常開

警告:內部電源模式下,請勿同時外接電源至電子鎖,避免設備燒毀損壞。

備註 1:依照鎖具類型選擇NC 常閉NO 常開接線。

備註 2:門禁繼電器輸出上限:直流 30V/1A交流 125V/0.5A

通電與測試

1. 若使用外部電源模式,請先開啟電子鎖外接電源。

2. 於設定電腦開啟瀏覽器,輸入門禁設備 IP 位址。

3. 輸入登入帳密,預設使用者名稱:admin,預設密碼:admin

4. 進入門鎖設定 > 門鎖控制,點擊執行測試門鎖作動是否正常。
