前言

本文檔說明了SIP話機的BLF清單功能,以及透過設定BroadWorks伺服器與話機來使用該功能的方法。 所有機型均支援此功能,包含BX3S、BX4、BX5S、BX6、BX7、BX7C、GP210、GP210i、BXU系列、BC600、BD900,且設定方式完全相同。

BLF清單功能介紹

BLF(忙燈場)透過訂閱分機號碼來取得其通話狀態。 當您在速撥按鍵上設定BLF號碼後,被監控分機的狀態變更時,LED指示燈會同步改變。單一BLF按鍵僅能監控一個分機號碼。 BLF清單支援一次性監控多個分機號碼。 使用者在PBX伺服器上設定需要監控的號碼清單,話機會自動將清單對應到速撥按鍵上。 任意被監控分機的狀態發生變更時,對應的LED指示燈都會更新。 BLF清單是用於批次監控的群組訂閱功能。 BLF清單功能需要SIP話機與PBX伺服器搭配使用。 已驗證相容的PBX:BroadSoft BroadWorks、Fortinet FortiVoice、VoipSwitch。 其他支援BLF清單的PBX設備也可正常使用。 本指南以BroadWorks伺服器為例進行說明。

在BroadWorks上設定BLF清單服務

1. 登入BroadWorks網頁設定介面。

BroadWorks使用者頁面3. 若已有帳號,點擊搜尋顯示清單。選擇一個帳號(例如FanvilUser1),執行步驟5。 若無帳號,點擊新增建立新帳號(步驟4)。

新增BroadWorks帳號5. 進入所選帳號(FanvilUser1)的設定頁面。
使用者設定頁面6. 點擊用戶端應用程式
用戶端應用程式頁面7. 點擊忙燈場,開啟BLF清單設定頁面。
BLF清單設定頁面8. 輸入清單URI(例如blf1)。該數值必須與話機上的BLF清單號碼一致。 點擊搜尋顯示可用分機號碼。 將需要監控的分機號碼移至監控清單,然後點擊確定儲存設定。
設定清單URI9. 登入話機網頁管理介面(預設使用者名稱/密碼:admin)。
話機網頁管理介面登入10. 進入左側選單的快捷按鍵。 將速撥按鍵類型設定為BLF清單。每個按鍵對應一個被監控的號碼。 若清單中的分機號碼數量超過BLF清單按鍵數量,話機會自動分配至類型為無的速撥按鍵。 點擊套用儲存設定。
速撥按鍵BLF清單設定11. 進入左側選單的線路。 將BroadWorks帳號(FanvilUser1)設定到話機對應的線路上。
話機線路設定12. 進入進階設定 → SIP進階設定。啟用BLF清單,並輸入BLF清單號碼(與步驟8的清單URI保持一致)。 點擊送出。 確認FanvilUser1帳號註冊成功。至此,BLF清單設定完成。
SIP進階設定13. 檢查話機上速撥按鍵的LED指示燈。 指示燈恆亮表示設定成功。 撥打被監控的分機號碼——對應的LED指示燈會切換狀態。
