分析音訊問題時,第一步是確定確切的現象。在大多數實際部署中,工業對講或門口機通常是與 IP 電話通話。因此,以下章節將通話的兩端分別稱為對講機電話

對講機聽不到電話的聲音

當問題是對講機聽不到電話的音訊時,請按照以下步驟操作:

確認電話使用的是哪個音訊通路:聽筒、免持還是耳機。如果只測試了聽筒,請切換到免持並檢查音訊是否仍然缺失。一個常見原因是聽筒線被錯誤地連接到了耳機埠。在這種情況下,系統可能仍在使用聽筒音訊通路,但由於線纜物理連接到耳機插孔,麥克風音訊無法被正確採集。

雙方都聽不到對方

抓包流程如下:

登入設備 A 的網頁介面。進入系統工具網頁抓包,然後點擊開始,在設備 A 上開始抓包。

在設備 B 上重複步驟 1,同樣在設備 B 上開始抓包。

在伺服器端開始抓包。關於這部分,請諮詢伺服器供應商或管理員。

撥打電話並接聽。通話接通後,分別從設備 A 和設備 B 說話,然後結束通話。

停止設備 A、設備 B 和伺服器的抓包。然後將所有三個抓包檔案傳送給技術支援進行分析。
