如何在行業設備上設置一鍵通話?

總覽

本公司全系列產品皆支援IP直撥與SIP通話。本指南說明如何搭配兩種通話方式,設定DSS快捷按鍵實現一鍵撥號功能。

適用機型

所有室內監視器、門禁裝置及對講機產品。本文件以Bi52W、Bi64、Bi30作為操作範例。

設定指南

取得IP位址並登入網頁介面

1. 查詢並取得裝置IP位址。

門禁與對講裝置:
長按DSS按鍵10秒至聽到提示音後,快速短按一次,裝置將自動播報IP位址。

室內監視器裝置:

非觸控螢幕機型:Bi51W、Bi52W
長按確認鍵,依序進入系統資訊 —— 網路 —— IPv4

觸控螢幕機型:Bi53W、Bi56A
進入選單 —— 狀態 —— 網路 —— IPv4

2. 開啟瀏覽器,輸入裝置IP位址。

預設使用者名稱與密碼皆為admin

Bi6X系列 與 Bi51X室內監視器 設定

1. 登入網頁管理介面,前往功能按鍵 —— 功能按鍵設定

① 類型:記憶按鍵
② 數值1、數值2:填入設備IP或伺服器註冊之SIP帳號
③ 線路:選擇對應外撥線路編號
④ 設定完成後點擊送出

2. 提供兩種進階撥號模式。

1. 主備模式

① 前往功能按鍵 —— 進階設定
② 撥號模式:主備模式
③ 通話切換時間:輸入5至500秒數值
④ 點擊送出

套用設定後,按下快捷鍵會優先撥打數值1的IP/SIP設備;若於切換時間內無人接聽,裝置將自動撥打數值2。

2. 時間區段模式

① 前往功能按鍵 —— 進階設定
② 撥號模式:時間區段模式
③ 號碼1開始時間:00:00--23:59
④ 號碼1結束時間:00:00--23:59
⑤ 點擊送出

儲存設定後,指定時段內撥打數值1,其餘時間自動撥打數值2。

Bi20S、Bi30、Bi23S、Bi31S、Bi32V 設定

1. 登入網頁介面,進入功能按鍵 —— 功能按鍵設定

類型:快速鍵
數值1、數值2:輸入設備IP或伺服器SIP帳號
線路:選擇外撥線路編號。

2. 內建兩種進階撥號模式。

1. 主備模式

前往功能按鍵 —— 進階設定
撥號模式:主備模式
通話切換時間:5~500秒
點擊送出

2. 晝夜模式

前往功能按鍵 —— 進階設定
撥號模式:晝夜模式
日間開始時間:00:00--23:59
日間結束時間:00:00--23:59
點擊送出

設定儲存後,日間時段撥打數值1,非日間時段自動撥打數值2。

重要注意事項

使用IP直撥時,須關閉設備的IP直撥限制。以i53W為例,進入線路 -> SIP -> SIP全域設定,取消勾選嚴格UA比對並送出儲存。

另需於線路 -> SIP -> 基礎設定開啟允許未註冊外撥,點擊送出儲存。
