概述

本文檔介紹門禁如何連接電鎖,當電鎖的啟動電流小於 12V/500mA 時,透過門禁進行供電,此為內部供電模式;當電鎖的啟動電流超過 12V/500mA 時,門禁只作為短路輸出控制,電源需由電鎖自身供應,此為外部供電模式。這兩種模式由跳線 JP1 控制,具體連接方法可參考本文檔介紹的方法進行操作。

什麼是Fail-safe 鎖和 Fail-secure 鎖

Fail-safe:斷電開門(通電上鎖)型電鎖
Fail-secure:斷電關門(通電開鎖)型電鎖
Fail-safe 鎖:當電源中斷或出現故障時,fail-safe 類型的電鎖會自動解鎖,以使人員逃離危險空間。這就是為什麼它們被稱為“安全”的原因——它們對人是安全的,而不是對空間安全。
Fail-safe 鎖通常主要用於出入口處,例如辦公室大門或大廳大門。

Fail-secure 鎖:斷電時,Fail-secure 鎖會保持鎖定。
Fail-secure 鎖用於金庫、IT 室等財產保護要求較高的門禁場合。它們也可以用於防火門或樓梯門。萬一發生火災,這些門將保持關閉以密封部分空間,防止火勢蔓延。

如何確定電鎖工作模式

貝克門禁和視訊設備支援內部供電和外部供電兩種供電模式,預設設備是外部供電模式。
內部供電模式:當電子鎖的啟動電流小於 12V / 500mA 時,可以使用內部供電模式,電鎖的介面為 12V DC 輸出。
外部供電模式:當電子鎖的啟動電流超過 12V / 500mA 時,需要使用外部驅動模式,電鎖介面為短路輸出控制。
注意:
1)這裡的 500mA 包含啟動瞬時電流,一般來說,啟動瞬時電流會大於正常工作電流。如果連接了大於 500mA 的電鎖,可能會出現一種現象:在嘗試開鎖時,設備會重啟。(有過流保護)
2)內部供電模式下,電鎖不能接外部電源,如果誤接,會把輸出口繼電器燒壞

連接前注意事項

在連接之前請注意:
1)確定好電鎖類型,fail-safe 或是 fail-secure
2)確定電鎖規格,啟動電流是否小於 12V / 500mA;
3)開始連接

內部供電模式

Step1.檢查電鎖的規格,確保電鎖的工作電壓為 12V,最大電流為 500mA。
Step2.檢查確定電鎖類型是否是 fail-secure 或 fail-safe,若兩者均不是,不可使用內部供電模式。
Step3.確認 JP1 跳線模組已連接,連接 pin1 和 pin2,並連接 pin3 和 pin4。
Step4.根據鎖的類型,將電鎖連接到門禁的 COM-NC 或 COM-NO 介面。

內部供電模式的優勢:
安裝位置通常在介面有限的門附近,內部供電模式不需要外部電源。使用該方式,安裝更簡便,成本更低。
注意:i33V / i32V 僅在短路輸出口 1 支援內部供電模式。

外部供電模式

Step1.檢查電鎖的規格,確保電鎖的最大電壓和電流符合門禁繼電器的規格。

Step2.確認 JP1 連接,連接 pin2 和 pin3,pin1 和 pin4 留空。
Step3.當使用無源模式時,NC-COM / NO-COM 則充當鎖和外部電源之間的ON / OFF 開關。
1)將外部電源的正極連接到電子鎖的正極;
2)將外部電源的負極連接到門禁的 COM 端口
3)根據鎖的類型,將電子鎖的負極端口連接到門禁的 NC 或是 NO 端口。
